“I have been a Real Estate Agent for 21 years, with 17 years of experience prior to that working with major Law Firms focusing on Real Estate.”
As an accredited Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) who has represented over 100 transactions, I know how to negotiate all sides of an offer in today’s industry. My client's bottom-line is a priority, and it is important how to successfully get there using nuanced timing, balancing risk/reward, and setting clear expectations. I consider myself fluent in “contract” and strive to help clients avoid hidden pitfalls that even some of the most experienced Realtors fall into.
This experience and my reputation for prioritizing my clients has led me to be asked on multiple occasions to consult during the contract-negotiation phase, ensuring the best deal for them. I’m very proud to have a proven career-record in the Top 1% for my Percentage-to-List Prices as well as days on market.
While assisting my clients through each step of their home sale or purchase, I ensure that negotiations are sound and straightforward. I am committed to a seamless transaction - honesty, integrity and professionalism are of the utmost importance to me and have been throughout my career. I am a long-term professional who embodies a background in real estate that is as strong as it is unique.
“Realtors have often asked me who my stagers are while visiting my listings. My response with a smile is always “I staged it myself. I have great clients - isn't their home just beautiful!”
One of my key differentiators is my inherent ability for staging, included as a part of my services. Whether a client simply needs me to stage with their own belongings or asks my advice on a paint job or light update, I collaborate with them while listening to their individual budget.
My experience has shown me that Sellers attain the highest monetary net when their home is presented online in the same fashion it appears during the live Buyer showing. Walking a staged home before and after the signed contract eliminates risk between the Parties. On the other hand, first viewing a virtually staged home online only to see a vastly different or empty home in person later decreases the percentage the showing will convert to a solid offer.
I have a detailed approach which includes going through my client's home room-by-room, and custom staging the home for two separate occasions - a dedicating staging for photos with my Professional Photographer, and once to prepare for in person prospective Purchasers.
During this phase, an invaluable service I offer is having relationships with trustworthy contractors - some of whom I’ve worked with for almost two decades. They can do everything from simple maintenance to a major update. I combine these vendor relationships with long-term experience in giving advice on what a client should, could, or should not do to show-case their home for sale. To date, this has been my formula for success.
"Professionalism is not a label you give yourself, it’s a description you hope others will apply to you.”
Truly, what my clients tell me . . . and what means the most to them (and me) has been my passion for what I do. I can't help myself - Real Estate has been my life/career starting out so very young, and I know I am doing what I do for the right reasons. I have to make a living, and I am very good at what I do, but seeing my clients or hearing how they feel about the transaction or telling me no one could have handled their big life's purchase or sale better, brings me an amount of satisfaction, it's hard to describe.
I know I am also very ethical (thanks Mom and Dad!) and walking that straight line allows me to rest my head on my pillow at night, regardless of the outcome of a transaction. Lastly, I'd not be answering fully if I didn't add that my "relationships" with not only my clients but with other Realtors sets me a part.
